All orders placed during business hours (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the following day. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed through our website. Orders will only be shipped after payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details or other customer-related issues, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and the original shipping fee.
